Project Pricing

Small Business Affordability	Every Web incorporates both search and feedback capabilities as standard design components, should those components be desirable. Custom graphics work will be quoted at a rate of $35/hr., and billed by the actual process time invested. If desired, the time allotment for a comprehensive content consultation review will be provided as a standard element of the content review process.
Magnitude and Scope
We do not offer an array of "packaged" products. We address every assignment as a unique project and assess a fee based upon the magnitude and scope of that project. This pricing theory provides fair and reasonable pricing from the most modest of offerings to large, comprehensive solutions. As a reference, our basic fee to develop a typical commercial Web Presence (order of magnitude 12/16 pages) would be $1,645.00.* This fee includes the following considerations:
Development Design Registrations Marketing * for small companies with very modest needs we will gladly offer a quotation to develop a presentation of limited content.
We require a basic fee for a project, but impose no additional charges for page count or number of scanned images. We regard "page count" as a function of content distribution philosophy, not a project pricing qualifier. We strongly recommend the client focus on content and professional appearance and avoid the use of arcade style graphics and banners. The right content will boost effectiveness by establishing credibility, providing useful information, encouraging repeat visits, and building business.

This offer provides the client a 10 page site which includes a one year content management service, site performance reviews, and the dedicated effort of a results oriented Web Development company striving to establish a close "partners-in-business" relationship. The client's commitment provides an excellent "sounding board" to determine the effectiveness of incorporating a Web Presence in the achievement of desired marketing objectives.

This offer will also be valid for any projects requested with deferred scheduling requirements. Contact us during the offer period - schedule for a later date.

We would be very pleased to offer an estimate of our required fees based upon a potential client's description of suggested content. Should a potential client request a formal quote, based upon a description of specific content, we will provide a quote that may correctly be interpreted as a fixed price for the required services. Should a potential client wish to obtain these figures, please call our office or utilize our "Information Request" form.

Realistically we cannot offer any guarantees regarding the success of a client's Web Presence. We can, however, guarantee the total satisfaction of every client with the contribution we offer in establishing a content rich, professional presentation. The client's position within their chosen industry and the revenue streams generated can only be controlled by the client. We will never suggest or imply anything to the contrary with regard to establishing a Web Presence in an effort to obtain a potential client's business.

Our definition of a "successful" Web Presence is comprised of two elements:

1. Establishing or enhancing a company's perceived image within their industry...

and

2. An effective generator of both new and repeat sales.

As a measure of our dedication to the concept of developing a "Partners-In-Business" relationship with clients, our fee is payable after, and only after, the approval of the client with the Development and Design components of the services we offer. No pre-payment or partial "good-faith" payments are required. We extend our hand first to establish the "Partners-In-Business" relationship we sincerely desire. The commitment the client makes is defining, collecting, and submitting the desired content. Should a potential client require considerations over and above the service descriptions contained within this Web, we would be very pleased to offer a quotation for the additional services required, however, we would urge potential clients to consider the concept of content over design.

Our pricing theory is based upon the concept of providing a superior quality product at a fair market price. Our fees are not the lowest, nor are they anywhere near the highest. We have attempted to position ourselves slightly below our industry median, while maintaining necessary and realistic margins. We believe potential customers will shop when they are offered fair pricing, and will stay when they experience genuine, quality service.

Potential clients should be reminded that our basic Web Development fees do not represent the total cost of establishing an Internet Web Presence. The costs associated with the election of a Hosting provider, the plan elected, and the fees required for Domain registrations must also be afforded careful consideration.
