is to offer a unique message using a pronounced divergence from the
existing site theme. Appling a "new" theme, incorporating a dramatic
change in coloration, font, and transition effects, is intended to
provide emphasis for an existing message, and/or a new message with
a specific purpose such as introducing new products/services,
announcing an important change of some nature, or offering a special
condition with a limited time frame.
