| We provide an introduction of who we are and what we do. A general description of client objectives is developed including a review of client research regarding the benefits of establishing a Web site. | |
| General Content Requirements | |
| Client content requirements are reviewed to define the magnitude and scope of the project. This activity will establish the project price estimate. Our standard pricing will be offered unless the client requires significant additional considerations beyond our basic services. | |
| Site Hosting Provider | |
| Domain registration requirements, account features, assignment of security measures, and general server capabilities are reviewed to ensure an error free launch upon project completion. | |
| Specific Content Requirements | |
| Should a potential client wish, a comprehensive review of required content will be conducted including methods of submitting the content, the form of the content, and any return requirements. The Specific Content Requirement will establish our fixed Project Quotation. ( time requirement provided ) | |
| Project Scheduling | |
| Upon election as the project provider we will provide an acknowledgment of receipt of content and a design schedule with suggested review dates. Our policy is to address one project at a time to ensure the client receives our total concentration and effort. | |
| Publication & Billing | |
| Upon approval of the final product, security restrictions will be removed and the site will be made available to all World-Wide-Web users. We will submit the appropriate billing for all services rendered. No partial or "good-faith" payments are required to initiate the project. | |
| "Partners-In-Business" | |
| As a measure of our desire to establish a "Partners-In-Business" relationship with our clients, we will continue to assist with client Web marketing opportunities, considerations of existing Web enhancements, and recommendations consistent with the concept of continuous improvement. | |
