Scheduling & Reviews

Upon completion of our development process activities and receipt of the client's desired content, we will acknowledge receipt of the content and provide a design schedule. The design schedule will include specific activity time allocations and suggest appropriate review dates.

We will listen carefully during our scheduled reviews and respond to the client's desires in every aspect of the design process. Content, content distribution, theme, page structure, navigation techniques, image applications, etc., will be carefully defined and reviewed before we submit our initial prototype for the client's consideration. Any and all content materials required to be returned will be done so in a prompt and secure manner.

Our design technique affords the client complete control over the design process and our structured reviews ensure the content and appearance of the final product communicates the desired message as defined by the client. In addition, our Quality process incorporates a triple redundancy technique to ensure the content of the client's Web cannot
be lost after publication.

A typical design review schedule would include the following:
Activity Start Duration End Review
Content Review Date Hours Date P
Registrations Date Hours Date
Flowchart Web Date Hours Date P
Develop Theme Date Hours Date
Image Scanning Date Hours Date
Enter Content Date Hours Date P
Develop Graphics Date Hours Date
Web Refinement Date Hours Date
Testing & Review Date Hours Date P
Web Refinement Date Hours Date
Approval Review (3)* Date Hours Date P
Required Modification(s) Date Hours Date
Modification(s) Approval Date Hours Date P
Publication Date Hours Date
Registrations Date Hours Date P
* Our technique provides the client three (3) scheduled "approval review" critique opportunities, after which additional scheduled prototype modifications and reviews will be offered at a standard fee.
Our Quality procedures require that after the Web has been flow-charted, based upon the required content, all required textural content is keyed into a word processor to verify spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Additionally, each submitted image is scanned into file and assigned a unique file name, as well as any modifications made to the submitted image.  All developed content is archived for potential future use.
